Warranties 

Hearing aids come with a full 30 day money-back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your new hearing device, it can be returned or exchanged. This does not include custom-made devices such as In-the-Canal aids. All hearing aids also include a 1-4 year warranty. Check with the audiologist to confirm what warranties are available with your device.  
       
Most hearing devices and accessories purchased through Hedges come with manufacturing warranties and are serviced by Hedges, keeping things simple for you and worry-free after your purchase. Hedges will diagnose and troubleshoot any problems with your aids and will deal directly with the manufacturer, keeping it simple for you. 

In addition, Hedges will provide service through the life of your aid as needed, even after the warranty has expired, for a minimal fee. 

Warranties for accessories vary so you will need to ask the audiologist what is available for the product you are interested in. Most devices do offer or come with a standard warranty.
