Hedges takes your health, as well as our staff's health, seriously. To minimize the risk of spreading disease,
our office takes many precautions in accordance with governmental authorities and our professional organizations. 

If a patient is ill, they must be fever-free, vomit-free, and symptom-free for 24 hours prior to the therapy appointment.

Hedges speech/language pathologists have over 70 combined years of experience. Our SLPs have master's degrees, state licenses,
and are members of the Oklahoma and American Speech-Language-Hearing Associations. (OSLHA & ASHA)

Since Hedges is still being used for the purpose for which it was designed, it has several very unique and functional features.
It has therapy rooms with adjoining observation rooms connected by one-way mirrors and state-of-the-art sound systems.
The parents can watch therapy in the observation rooms or be in the room with their child and pathologist

Speech-language therapy is an important process for helping your child. After each session, the speech-language pathologist (SLP) will be available and willing to discuss your child's progress and how you can help at home. We will send work home for you to reinforce what your child is learning here. Like any new skill, it must be practiced for maximum effectiveness.

Hedges accepts SoonerCare, BCBS, and TriCare in-network.  Not all insurance plans pay for specialized speech services; check your benefits to see what they cover. Please let us know if your insurance company or insurance status changes.  You may be liable for payment if you don't notify us of changes.

Hedges has discounts for cash payments.  It also offers a scholarship to help with speech expenses.
